Im Fokus stehen die Zusammenhänge zwischen Entscheidungsabhängigkeit, operativer Mikrosteuerung, struktureller Zentralisierung und mentaler Belastung.
Der Beitrag zeigt exemplarisch, warum ärztliche Dauerbelastung häufig nicht primär aus Arbeitsmenge entsteht, sondern aus permanenter situativer Entscheidungsnotwendigkeit – und weshalb diese Form struktureller Überlastung in klassischen Praxisanalysen meist unsichtbar bleibt.
