In euren 2020er-Jahren war Beziehungskompetenz das neue goldene Kalb. Man wollte:
- nahbar sein,
- empathisch sein,
- authentisch sein,
- verbindlich sein,
- emotional anschlussfähig sein.
Man sprach von „Beziehungsarbeit“ „psychologischer Sicherheit“ und „zwischenmenschlicher Intelligenz“, als wäre Führung ein gruppentherapeutisches Format.
