Some beliefs slip so deeply into our thinking that we mistake them for truth. In reality, they’re often just mental habits—unexamined assumptions guiding our actions without our awareness.

Reflect.

What belief about yourself, your life, or the world have you held onto—without ever checking if it’s still true?

Analyze.

Flip it. Imagine the opposite is true. How does that shift your perspective? What opens up? Where do you feel new freedom?

Advance.

Rewrite the old belief as a new sentence—one that empowers you. Then do one small thing differently today, guided by this new view.
