This article examines organisational dependencies, leadership dependency, communication dependency, expert dependency, meeting dependency, structural stability, organisational resilience, systems thinking, management diagnostics, organisational architecture, compensation mechanisms, dependency load, dependency stability, and structural performance. From the perspective of 2049, it reconstructs why many organisations of the early twenty-first century continuously invested in leadership, communication, resilience, and coaching while failing to identify the underlying dependencies that made these interventions necessary.
