You call yourself a leader.
You have a team. You make decisions.
You delegate, prioritise, inspire, attend meetings, shape culture.
But hereâs the truth:

And increasingly â by algorithms that no longer wait for your permission.

You see them every day. The declarations of digital salvation:
âI save 3 hours a day with AI!â
âI generate my presentations with GPT now!â
âI wrote my entire business plan in 2 prompts!â
Usually accompanied by a casual selfie and a note about how âmind-blowingâ this all is.
And yes â the time savings are real.
But hereâs what no one is saying out loud:
Whatâs now done faster often wasnât worth doing in the first place.
