Praise-Parroting: Die LinkedIn-Kunst, frenetisch zu klatschen – und dabei absolut nichts zu sagen.
Es beginnt mit einem enthusiastischen Chor aus „Tolle Perspektive!“, „Gut, dass das endlich mal jemand sagt!“, „Ja, genauso sehe ich das auch!“ –
um dann in eine weichgespülte Wiederholung des ursprünglichen Posts zu münden.

Looking back, the year 2025 was obsessed with collecting knowledge. People surrounded themselves with books, courses, diplomas, and certifications as if these were shields against uncertainty. Yet despite the weight of information, they felt no clarity.
From where I stand now, the error is obvious: they mistook knowledge for treasure. But treasure was an illusion.

Back in 2025, people loved to publish lists: “5 habits of leaders,” “10 things that make a great boss,” “6 traits of authentic leadership,” “100 leadership hacks“.
They were simple, viral, easy to consume.
But let me tell you: these lists were not leadership.
They were management folklore disguised as wisdom.

Ich blicke zurück auf eure Arztpraxen im Jahr 2025 und sehe ein Schauspiel, das sich endlos wiederholt: Ärzt:innen, die mit pathetischer Stimme klagen, sie hätten „keine Zeit“.
Sie jammern in Talkshows. Sie jammern in Fachartikeln. Sie jammern bei Symposien und Stammtischen.
Doch wenn ich genauer hinschaue, erkenne ich: Ihr habt nicht zu wenig Zeit. Ihr habt zu wenig Klarheit.
