Intro
This structural reconstruction examines how operational efficiency, KPI-driven management, process optimisation and accelerated leadership architectures contributed to organisational blindness during the 2020s and 2030s. It analyses the relationship between efficiency cultures, institutional perception, operational filtering, strategic misrecognition, weak-signal detection, cognitive narrowing and systemic adaptation failure.
The reconstruction develops the argument that efficiency had ceased to function merely as an operational instrument. It had become an institutional ontology: a hidden framework that determined what organisations considered real, relevant and worthy of attention.
