Managementography ist ein konzeptioneller Ansatz, der Fotografie als metaphorisches Instrument zur Darstellung, Analyse und Vermittlung von Managementprinzipien und -praktiken einsetzt. Dieser Ansatz nutzt die intrinsische Fähigkeit von Bildern, komplexe und abstrakte Managementkonzepte wie Führung, Teamdynamik, Organisationsstruktur und Betriebskultur visuell zu begleiten. Hierdurch werden sowohl kognitive als auch emotionale Elemente des Lernens angesprochen, was das Verständnis und die Retention von Managementwissen fördert.
