Wenn ich aus dem Jahr 2049 auf die Leadership-Diskurse der frühen Jahrzehnte zurückblicke, wirkt vieles erstaunlich statisch. Nicht, weil es keine Aktivität gab. Sondern weil Aktivität mit Entwicklung verwechselt wurde.
Dieser NULLPUNKT-Eintrag rekonstruiert, warum medizinische Systeme reibungslos funktionieren konnten, während sie strukturell bereits instabil waren.
Er unterscheidet operative Funktionsfähigkeit von struktureller Tragfähigkeit und zeigt, weshalb Stabilität versagte, sobald Funktion mit Resilienz verwechselt wurde.
When I look back from the year 2049 at the leadership discourse of earlier decades, one thing stands out with uncomfortable clarity: almost nothing of substance actually evolved. Not because nothing happened, but because activity was consistently mistaken for progress.
