Wenn ich aus dem Jahr 2049 auf die Leadership-Diskurse der frühen Jahrzehnte zurückblicke, wirkt vieles erstaunlich statisch. Nicht, weil es keine Aktivität gab. Sondern weil Aktivität mit Entwicklung verwechselt wurde.
Dieser NULLPUNKT-Eintrag rekonstruiert, warum medizinische Systeme reibungslos funktionieren konnten, während sie strukturell bereits instabil waren.
