Der NAV Virchow-Bund berichtet in einer Pressemitteilung, dass rund 30 Prozent der über die Terminservicestellen der Kassenärztlichen Vereinigungen (KVen) vermittelten Arzttermine von den Patienten unentschuldigt versäumt werden.
