Warum diese Lektion für Ihre Praxis wichtig ist

Wenn Patientenanliegen zuverlässig ihren Weg durch die Praxis finden, erscheint der Eingang meist unproblematisch. Gerade deshalb wird selten hinterfragt, wodurch diese Zuverlässigkeit eigentlich entsteht.

Beruht sie auf klaren organisatorischen Abläufen? Oder darauf, dass erfahrene Mitarbeitende täglich fehlende Informationen ergänzen, Unklarheiten erkennen und spontane Entscheidungen treffen?

Diese Unterscheidung ist von großer Bedeutung. Denn eine Praxis, die auf struktureller Orientierung basiert, bleibt auch unter Belastung stabil. Eine Praxis, die auf persönlicher Erfahrung beruht, funktioniert häufig ebenfalls sehr gut – allerdings nur so lange, wie genau diese Erfahrung verfügbar ist.
