Worum es geht

“Oh nein, da ist Herr S. Das ist ein wirklich schwieriger Mensch.” Diese und ähnliche Gedanken gehen vielen Medizinischen Fachangestellten im Arbeitsalltag immer wieder durch den Kopf. Die Etikettierung wird dann vergeben, wenn sich Praxisbesucher nicht an Regeln halten, Grenzen überschreiten oder Abläufe sprengen, wenn sie nerven und provozieren, aggressiv und unsympathisch sind oder sich beschweren. Aber selten stimmt sie.
